I have been in the Motorcycle industry for over 20 years as a professional technician primarily with BMW. I have the latest in diagnostic tools and the ability to diagnose any issues that you may have with your motorcycle.  I have worked on all brands of motorcycles over the years so I don't limit myself to strictly BMW, as many of you have more than one bike! One of the most important things I feel is needed in a good shop, is  teaching people about what they are riding. This is missing from most shops/dealers. We are always learning in all aspects of our lives. An educated rider is a safer rider!
